To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Time Frame
Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us immediately. After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address, if approved.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be sent to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Availability & Approval
We will confirm if the desired item is available and provide further instructions upon approval.
Return the Original Item
You may need to cover the shipping cost unless the exchange is due to our error or a product defect.
New Item Dispatch
After we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, your new item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
